African Dreams Lakota is a dried fruit (also called "madness seed") native to Ivory Coast, traditionally used for its benefits to women's health. Known to promote fertility and relieve menstrual disorders, it acts as a natural astringent tonic. For women, it is often consumed as a hot infusion after childbirth to aid recovery.
